  • Return Method: Returns should be sent via trackable shipping to ensure safe delivery.

  • Restocking Fee: No restocking fees are charged.

2. Refunds

  • Processing Time: Refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 15 days of receiving and inspecting the returned item.

  • Currency: Refunds are processed in your local currency, converted from GBP at the applicable exchange rate at the time of processing.

  • Non-Refundable Items: Sale items, personalized/custom products, and gift cards cannot be refunded.

3. Exchanges

  • Eligibility: Exchanges are accepted within the same 30-day return window.

  • Condition: Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in new condition.

4. Shipping Costs
